The 2024 constitutional reform and the 2025–2035 Strategic Plan transformed Pemex into a unified state-owned entity with technical, operational, and managerial independence, as well as a simplified fiscal framework.

This new institutional architecture strengthens energy sovereignty and accelerates the path toward self-sufficiency in hydrocarbons and petrochemicals.

El tiempo no sólo transcurre, también se escribe. Y cuando las mujeres toman la pluma del poder, las páginas que redactan tienen tinta de justicia, dignidad y memoria. Este 11 de octubre de 2025, en el corazón republicano de Querétaro, la Senadora Beatriz Robles Gutiérrez marcará un hito: será la primera mujer de izquierda en rendir un informe de actividades legislativas desde el mismo estrado donde se proclamó la Constitución de 1917 —esa que en su origen reconocía derechos laborales, pero negaba el derecho al voto a las mujeres.

Hoy, más de un siglo después, otra voz femenina resonará en ese recinto histórico. No una voz solitaria, sino la representación viva de miles de mujeres mexicanas que han resistido, caminado, luchado y construido. Y lo hará desde una trinchera que ha sido clave en la transformación del país: el Senado de la República, donde Beatriz Robles preside la Comisión de Energía, impulsando la soberanía nacional sobre recursos estratégicos como el litio, la electricidad y el petróleo.

La senadora de Morena: una trayectoria entre convicción y resistencia

Beatriz Robles no es nueva en la lucha pública. Es parte del primer piso de la Cuarta Transformación, aquella que encabezaría el presidente López Obrador y que hoy abre paso a una nueva era con Claudia Sheinbaum, la primera mujer presidenta en la historia de México. Robles ha sido parte de las reformas constitucionales más relevantes de este sexenio: la transformación del Poder Judicial, la consolidación de la soberanía energética, y la inminente reforma electoral.

Pero más allá de los logros institucionales, su historia es una de persistencia. Como tantas mujeres en política, ha sido criticada, subestimada, invisibilizada. Sin embargo, ha respondido con trabajo, cercanía con la ciudadanía y, sobre todo, con una defensa inquebrantable del derecho de las mujeres a ocupar todos los espacios, incluso —y especialmente— aquellos que antes les fueron negados.

El Teatro de la República no será testigo de un acto protocolario más. Será el escenario donde converjan militantes, académicos, empresarios, líderes sociales y ciudadanos, todos convocados por el mismo principio: la rendición de cuentas. El informe de Robles será, en sí mismo, un acto político, feminista y transformador. Un gesto de transparencia y legitimidad en tiempos donde el debate público exige profundidad, responsabilidad y conexión con el territorio.

Ella no llega sola. Llega con el respaldo de una generación que ha caminado casa por casa, colonia por colonia, llevando un mensaje de esperanza y justicia social. Llega como la primera mujer senadora de Morena por Querétaro, pero también como una representante del anhelo de miles de queretanas que hoy saben que “el poder también se parece a ellas”.

El eco de nuestras ancestras

Este 11 de octubre, los nombres de Leona Vicario, Carmen Serdán, Josefa Ortiz Téllez Giron y Elvia Carrillo Puerto resonarán en las butacas y en los corazones de quienes asistan. Porque como dice la historia: no hay transformación sin mujeres. Y esta vez, no seremos nota al pie, sino protagonistas del capítulo que se escribe con valentía y convicción.

El nombre de Beatriz Robles quedará inscrito, no sólo por sus cargos o iniciativas, sino por su capacidad de hacer política con alma, con causa y con historia. Este informe será más que un acto de rendición: será una afirmación del poder femenino, progresista y soberano que avanza con fuerza en Querétaro y en México.
